Shooting Star Dice · Effective 2026-10-27
Shooting Star Beheer B.V. ("we", "us", "our") operates the Shooting Star Dice mobile application (package name com.shootingstar.dice). This Privacy Policy describes what information the application handles, why it is handled, and the choices available to you.
By installing and using the application you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The application does not ask you to register, and it does not collect your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, precise location, contacts, photographs or payment information.
When the application is opened, the following information is collected automatically from the device:
No other information is read from the device. The application requests only the Internet and Advertising ID permissions.
The information listed in Section 2 is used for the following purposes only:
We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
When the application starts it retrieves a configuration from our server. Depending on that configuration, the information listed in Section 2 may be transmitted as parameters of a single web request to our advertising measurement provider, and promotional web content may then be displayed inside the application.
Promotional content shown inside the application is supplied by third-party providers. Their own privacy policies govern any information they collect through that content, and we do not control those practices.
The advertising identifier and the install referrer information are supplied by Google Play services and are subject to Google's privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
We disclose this sharing in the Data Safety section of our Google Play listing under the category "Device or other IDs".
Your game progress — the current run, permanent upgrades, statistics and the items you have collected — is stored only in the application's private storage on your device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
You can erase it at any time by clearing the application data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
You can reset or delete the advertising identifier, and opt out of personalised advertising, in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads. Uninstalling the application stops all collection described in this policy.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to request access to, correction of, erasure of, or restriction of the processing of your data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9. Because we hold only a device identifier and no account, please include that identifier in your request so that we can locate the relevant records.
The application is not directed to children under the age of 13, or under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe that a child has used the application and that information relating to that child has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
